  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship all our orders through our trusted delivery partner, Eazybeez, to ensure fast and safe delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 8 working days

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier load, and weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Depending on the location and weight of the product.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Depending on the location and weight of the product.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp/email.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the Eazybeez tracking page.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays or Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen factors.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-delivery charges may apply.

 

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your parcel is tampered with, do not accept the package.

  • Contact us immediately with unboxing video proof for any damage or missing items.
