Return Policy

At SHE NEEDS, we take utmost care to ensure product quality. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return If:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is not as described (with valid proof)

❌ Not Eligible for Return If:

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or lighting

  • Personal dislike or change of mind

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery

  • Product used or worn

🎥 Return Conditions

To request a return:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear unboxing video as proof

  3. Product must be unused, in original packaging

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange

We currently don't  offer exchanges, only replacements in case of incorrect or damaged delivery.

💵 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received back:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after deducting processing/cancellation fees.

  • Any damaged or color-related issues in the products should be reported within 6 - 8 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method 

  • You will be notified by email/WhatsApp once the refund is initiated

  • Shipping and COD charges are not refundable in any case.(Rs100-Rs150)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost.

  • In rare cases where pickup isn’t possible, we may ask you to ship the item back with proper packaging
